Special Recreation The Special Recreation Association of Round Lake, Lindenhurst and Zion (S.R.A.R.L.Z.) is a cooperative agency of the Round Lake, Lindenhurst and Zion Park Districts. We offer recreation programs for people who need specialized assistance that may not be offered in Park District Programs. We are also available to promote smooth transition for persons who are mentally or physically challenged into Zion Park District activities. Our programs are open to persons with any disability.
